Job description

Our client is seeking a Delphi Technology SME to support a strategic initiative involving Amadeus Delphi as the core Sales & Catering platform within a large hospitality enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Amadeus Delphi and MeetingBroker along with a deep understanding of hospitality group sales, meetings, events, lead management, reservations, pricing, and PMS integrations. This role will provide technology guidance, support solution design, and help drive business process improvements across the meetings and events lifecycle.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is not just a Delphi administrator or product specialist. They understand the complete hospitality group business lifecycle - from demand generation and lead sourcing to sales management, pricing, booking, and execution. Candidates should have recent hands-on Delphi and MeetingBroker experience and the ability to bridge business processes with technology solutions in a large hospitality environment., * 8+ years of experience in hospitality technology, group sales, catering, or meetings & events technology

Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus Delphi (Delphi Cloud and/or Delphi.fdc)
Hands-on experience with Amadeus MeetingBroker
Strong understanding of group sales, catering, events, and lead management workflows
Experience supporting large hotel brands, hospitality organizations, or management companies
Knowledge of group reservations, pricing, inventory management, and PMS integrations
Experience with Cvent Supplier Network and other group sourcing channels
Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements and integration specifications

Other Qualifications

Recent experience with Delphi and/or MeetingBroker implementations, migrations, or enterprise rollouts
Experience supporting Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or similar hospitality enterprises
Familiarity with Opera PMS and hospitality technology platforms
Knowledge of emerging sourcing platforms such as Hopskip
Experience working with system integrators, software vendors, and enterprise architecture teams
