Job description

The Central Tool Install (CTI) Schedule and Program Integration Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for integrating schedule governance, program controls, and document management standards across Intel’s global tool install portfolio. This role requires a highly collaborative and innovative professional who can connect schedule strategy, process governance, and execution readiness while driving alignment across a complex matrixed organization.

The successful candidate will leverage schedule analytics, governance processes, and operational insights to proactively identify risks, influence decisions, and drive resolution of critical program challenges. This role will work closely with construction teams, schedule leads, process controls, design teams, and site leadership to improve predictability, standardization, and execution performance across the Virtual Factory., * Schedule Strategy and Integration

  • Drive adoption and compliance of CTI scheduling standards, governance requirements, and best practices across all sites.
  • Partner with schedule managers and project controls teams to improve schedule quality, milestone predictability, critical path management, and risk visibility.
  • Analyze schedule data, trends, float consumption, milestone adherence, and forecasting metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate schedule risk reviews and develop mitigation strategies with site and central teams.

Governance and Decision Support

  • Lead governance processes that support program alignment, decision-making, change management, and execution readiness across CTI.
  • Support governance forums by providing schedule insights, risk assessments, performance metrics, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Manage the governance and implementation of program changes by aligning stakeholders, assessing business impacts, mitigating risks, and driving consistent execution across the portfolio.

Program Integration

  • Support implementation and continuous improvement across tool install programs.
  • Drive alignment between deliverables, stage gates, schedule requirements, and execution processes.
  • Prioritize and coordinate program workstreams to support key business objectives, using performance metrics, risk insights, and stakeholder alignment to drive accountability and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure planning activities, execution readiness, and governance requirements are consistently applied.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve execution consistency across sites and functions.

Document Control and Process Governance

  • Lead development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Construction Management Policies (CMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and governance documentation.
  • Establish document control practices that improve accessibility, compliance, version management, and organizational efficiency.
  • Drive alignment between program governance requirements and operational execution processes.
  • Capture and apply lessons learned to improve standards, governance processes, and execution practices.

Program Controls and Analytics

  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with project teams to ensure schedule assumptions, risks, changes, trends, and decisions are appropriately documented and governed.
  • Define and monitor program performance metrics and OKRs to improve predictability, standardization, and execution outcomes. Use data-driven insights to drive accountability, inform priorities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership and Influence

  • Partner with stakeholders across Factory, Tool Install, Design, Project Controls, and Construction organizations to drive alignment and execution.
  • Influence decisions across highly matrixed organizations through data-driven insights and strong business acumen.
  • Facilitate alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities while maintaining focus on Intel’s strategic objectives., This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.

The ideal candidate combines business acumen with an understanding of construction program execution, schedule management, governance, and process improvement. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving cross-functional alignment, and translating data into actionable recommendations.

This individual is innovative, execution-focused, and passionate about improving predictability, governance maturity, and operational excellence across CTI programs., * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in program management, project controls, scheduling, construction management, operational excellence, process governance, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting large-scale construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, or capital project programs.
  • Experience working with project schedules, milestone management, project controls processes, or schedule analytics.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, or managing governance documentation, procedures, standards, controlled documents, or business processes., * MBA or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting schedule management teams and working with Primavera P6 or similar enterprise scheduling platforms.
  • Familiarity with Intel’s Optimized Construction Flow (OCF)
  • Experience authoring, managing, or governing Construction Management Policies (CMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), document control systems, or enterprise process documentation.
  • Knowledge of construction project lifecycle management, stage gate processes, change management, and governance practices.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks, Power BI solutions, or performance measurement systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional teams, working groups, and stakeholder alignment efforts.
  • Understanding of large-scale construction project scheduling, critical path methodology, forecasting, schedule risk management, and program controls.
  • Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or large capital construction project experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving innovation, process improvement, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $99,550.00-197,960.00 USD
