Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will develop embedded real-time software for the EA-18G Growler program, collaborating with cross-functional teams on-site in Camarillo, CA. You’ll work within an Agile scrum, resolve defects, and contribute to reviews and milestones to support high-stakes defense systems. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape critical avionics software and contribute to meaningful, mission-driven engineering work. You will operate in a highly secure, on-site environment that values collaboration, rigor, and continuous improvement. Compensation / Benefits * Develop embedded real-time system software * Work in an Agile environment as part of a scrum team * Resolve software and system defects * Collaborate with customer, internal NGMS sites and disciplines * Participate in peer reviews, milestone reviews, and technical interchange meetings * Utilize project tools such as Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest, DOORS, Git, Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence * Programming in Ada, C/C++, C#, Python * Work with Green Hills Integrity RTOS, Windows, and Linux Tasks * BS in STEM with 2 years of experience or MS in STEM with 1 year of experience * Experience with Ada, C/C++, C# * Knowledge of object-oriented software development * Ability to function as part of an integrated team * Experience with version control systems (e.g., git, Bitbucket, ClearCase, etc.) * US Citizenship and current DoD Secret Clearance or higher * Willingness to work on-site (no telecommute) * Experience with software life cycle processes on DoD programs (preferred) Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * bonus potential
