Manager, Talent Development Systems

Experteer Overview As Systems Manager, you will architect a scalable systems engine for VEG’s Execution Operations (ExOps), enhancing visibility and reducing manual work. You’ll design dashboards, automations, and documentation, embedding AI-enabled tools across Enrollment, Delivery, and Compliance. You’ll partner with Innovations, S&I, and Learning Tech to deploy the right tools and drive adoption. Your work will improve efficiency, resilience, and program capacity across VEGgies and programs. This is a growth-focused role with significant impact on how ExOps operates. Compensation / Benefits * Develop the Systems Roadmap by evaluating workflows and prioritizing capabilities with TD Operations leadership * Own the Infrastructure: build and improve dashboards, workflows, and tools for visibility into schedules, enrollment, compliance, and critical work * Automate with Intent: design and deploy automations and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual work and increase scale * Be the Connective Tissue: collaborate with Innovations, S&I, Learning Tech to embed tools and ideas into ExOps * Drive Adoption: translate new tools into usable workflows and gather feedback for continuous improvement * Build for Durability: document systems and processes so knowledge is shared and systems remain maintainable * Measure the Impact: track reductions in manual work and improvements in visibility and reliability to identify next opportunities Tasks * 3-5+ years in operations, systems, or analyst role with hands-on experience building or improving processes * Experience owning systems, workflows, dashboards, automations, or process infrastructure * Experience with AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, custom GPTs, AI agents) in operational context * Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make) and dashboard/data visualization tools * Experience with operational project management platforms (Monday.com, Google Suite) * Strong process design thinking and ability to improve inefficient workflows * Comfort in ambiguous, building-phase environments with collaborative roadmaps * Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Key requirements * Competitive compensation with bonus and benefits * Comprehensive health and wellness benefits from day one * Paid parental leave and inclusive fertility/family-building care * Unlimited PTO * Employee referral program * Company laptop and monthly cell phone reimbursement
