Technical Product Owner

Experteer Overview As Technical Product Owner in the Experience & Engineering team, you bridge client goals with delivery teams to enable fast, sustainable digital execution. You define scope, document business functions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders while identifying improvement opportunities. You guide requirements, backlogs, and acceptance testing, helping clients explore new propositions grounded in data insights. You will work with leading brands to shape impactful digital experiences. Compensation / Benefits * Define project scope, objectives and technical feasibility with stakeholders * Collaborate with internal teams to solution, develop and implement digital projects * Document client business functions and processes and identify optimization opportunities * Identify and report common technical issues; recommend product improvements * Improve monitoring and value delivery to customers * Define/clarify requirements and write/update agile stories * Support backlog preparation and prioritization * Participate in test case definition and user acceptance testing with QA teams Tasks * 5+ years of experience in digital/agency or client-facing environments * Strong communication and business writing skills * Advanced knowledge of project management and agile methodologies * Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders (executives, creatives, engineers, managers, SMEs, vendors) * Excellent organization, facilitation and collaboration abilities * Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence * Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus * IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering Foundation Level is a plus Key requirements * flexible hybrid work policy * 24 vacation days per year (+ option to buy extra) * DEPT/YOU Learning Menu & Special Programs * health contribution and wellness discounts * opportunity to work with global clients * Certified B Corp since 2021
