Sr. AI Systems & Solutions Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you will translate business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions that empower the Global Services organization. You’ll prototype and productionize AI workflows, connect internal data with APIs, and enable teams to adopt AI effectively. You’ll collaborate across technical and non-technical partners to scale innovative solutions and improve impact. A key part of the work is building skills, prompts, and reusable AI methods using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean, while aligning to Klaviyo’s AI strategy and governance.
