Job description

  • Install and replace network equipment, routers, switches, access points, cameras, and AV hardware
  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity and network cabling
  • Run and terminate Ethernet cable when needed
  • Follow detailed job scopes and installation instructions
  • Test equipment to ensure everything is working properly
  • Submit job updates and photos using your smartphone
  • Leave every site clean, organized, and professional

Most work is performed at commercial client locations, including major businesses and financial institutions.

Requirements

No Professional AV Experience? No Problem.

You don’t need years of AV or IT experience to get started.

If you’ve built a PC, set up a home Wi-Fi network, installed a router, run Ethernet cable, mounted a TV, repaired electronics, worked in construction, or simply enjoy troubleshooting technology, you already have skills that can transfer to this role.

Every job includes a detailed work scope, and if you run into something you’re unsure about, one of our experienced technicians can walk you through the ticket over the phone. We’re looking for dependable people who are willing to learn, communicate well, and take pride in doing quality work., * Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass a background check (required for many client sites)

What to Expect

Some service tickets can be completed in as little as 30 minutes, while larger projects may take most of the day. You’ll decide which jobs you accept, giving you the flexibility to work as much-or as little-as you want. With new tickets available every day and experienced phone support available whenever you need it, you’ll never be left to figure things out on your own.
