BAS Operations Supervisor - Data Center Construction

As an Operations Supervisor on our datacenter construction team, you will be responsible for supporting departmental operations while leading the execution of Building Automation construction projects, primarily for data center sites in Northern Virginia. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position oversees Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while directly managing select projects.

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience managing Building Automation/HVAC Controls projects
• 3+ years of supervisory experience leading/mentoring direct reports
• Data center projects experience

NICE TO HAVE:

• Automated Logic product line experience
• Tridium Niagara N4 experience
• Prior BAS programming experience and/or can troubleshoot if needed

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year
