Cloud Security Engineer with TS/SCI Clearance

Experteer Overview In this role you will support DoD cloud environments, focusing on secure cloud-native and hybrid tooling. You will work with cross-functional teams to align security documentation and architecture with RMF and DoD requirements. You will help scale secure infrastructure and respond to risk by applying best practices in Agile development. Compensation / Benefits * Tasks * 5+ years building and administering cloud environments using cloud-native functionality, COTS, GOTS, and open source tools * Developing and evaluating security documentation, including system security plans and contingency plans * Security architecture evaluations, guidance development, and troubleshooting * Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) * Experience in an Agile development environment * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code concepts such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep * Minimum education: Associate’s degree with 5+ years IT experience, or Bachelor’s with 3+ years, or Master’s with 1+ years * Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification within 30 days of start date * Ability to obtain DoD 8570 Cybersecurity Service Provider - Infrastructure Support Certification within 30 days of start date * Location: Reston, VA, United States * Type: Full Time * Experience: Experienced Key requirements *
