Senior Systems Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you develop and optimize optical metrology technologies to advance Onto Innovation’s measurement capabilities. You work with software, hardware, and applications teams to translate requirements into validated systems and performance improvements. You’ll lead experiments, guide implementations, and support on-site tool installs with training and documentation. Expect international travel up to 20% as you shape cross-functional solutions for leading-edge semiconductor metrology.
