Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to the Sentinel Program by shaping the Guidance Computer system and its interfaces. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into design choices and verify performance against customer needs. The position supports DoD programs, requiring rigor, integrity, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. This opportunity offers hands-on impact in a mission-driven defense environment with growth and collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Perform design trade study implementation * Design and develop capabilities and performance requirements for the Guidance Computer * Define design and technology maturity constraints per customer specifications * Develop thorough definition of system external interfaces * Define system implementation approach and operational concept * Ensure customer requirements are met and evaluate system performance with customer * Demonstrate technical skills and organization, ethics and integrity * Collaborate effectively across the program with team and stakeholders Tasks * Active DoD Secret clearance or higher at time of application * Ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance * Ability to obtain and maintain SAP approval in a reasonable period * Experience in electronics design and verification (1 year for Level 2; 2 years for Level 3) * Experience defining hardware-software and hardware-hardware interfaces * Experience performing trade studies * Experience reading electrical drawings Key requirements * Medical, Dental & Vision * 401k * Educational Assistance * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Employee Discounts
