Experteer Overview As Principal Configuration Analyst, you will lead configuration management activities across multiple programs to ensure contract requirements and engineering data are accurately controlled. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, document, and audit CM processes, shaping program baselines and data flow. You’ll support internal and external audits and help implement CMPs that align with customer objectives. This role offers exposure to diverse programs, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to drive compliance and data integrity in complex environments. Compensation / Benefits * Plan and coordinate preparation of project documentation to meet contract requirements * Compile agenda items and present at CCB meetings for customers and internal audiences * Provide Hardware Configuration Management expertise on programs * Support internal and external audits (CMMI) * Prepare and maintain program plans for CM across multiple programs * Provide CM solutions aligned with customer and company objectives * Review contracts to determine documentation needs per phase of project * Coordinate modification records, establish change orders and prepare documentation for approvals * Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams * Support program configuration and data management requirements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or higher with related professional/military experience OR Master’s with related experience OR Ph.D. with related experience * Active DoD Secret clearance or higher (current BI or Continuous Evaluation) * Experience reviewing engineering documentation * Knowledge of EIA-649 or MIL-HDBK-61A * Knowledge of product baselines and configuration status accounting * Ability to apply a Configuration Management Plan (CMP) Key requirements * flexible work arrangements * 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off * learning opportunities * friendly team environment * health insurance * savings plan
