and support security compliance effortsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in information security or security-focused IT administration (for example: Security Analyst, SOC Analyst, Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, Help Desk with security responsibilities stepping up)- Working experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) security features such as Conditional Access, MFA, and DLP- Hands-on exposure to EDR/XDR or SIEM tools (CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Endpoint, Splunk, or similar)- Solid networking fundamentals, including firewalls and VPN concepts- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical risk to a non-technical audience- Genuine drive to own an environment end to end, learn fast, and grow into an expert- Must be located in Iowa or willing to relocate at own expenseNICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)- Palo Alto Networks firewall experience or PCNSE certification- Full ownership
