Integration And Technical Infrastructure Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead planning, coordination and delivery of technical infrastructure integration for data center projects. You will partner with construction, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure readiness of Microsoft-owned systems and supporting infrastructure. You will manage scope, schedules, risks, and budgets while guiding facility readiness and operational turnover. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, scalable data center capabilities in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact, mission-critical role at a global cloud operations team. Compensation / Benefits * Lead technical infrastructure integration activities across the project lifecycle * Coordinate work across stakeholders to align with objectives, schedules, and operational requirements * Identify and mitigate project risks, constraints, and interdependencies * Develop and maintain project schedules and track milestones * Support facility readiness reviews, commissioning, and operational turnover * Manage budgets, approvals, and financial tracking for workstreams * Facilitate communication between engineering, construction, operations, and vendors * Coordinate procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and readiness of infra systems * Ensure deployment of network, security, and OT systems for facility operations * Align execution strategies across sites and stakeholders Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent * 8+ years of related experience preferred * PMP certification or equivalent preferred * BICSI RCDD certification or equivalent preferred * Experience with telecommunications infrastructure design, installation, or operations * Experience in data center, critical facilities, or large-scale technical project delivery * Experience coordinating network, security, or facility technology deployments in complex environments * Strong safety knowledge and vendor/contract management experience * Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, controls, and operational readiness Key requirements *
