Sr SAP Analyst- IBP

Experteer Overview In this role you will enable effective SAP IBP deployments by analyzing requirements, configuring modules, and guiding best practices within a global supply planning environment. You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business needs into functional designs, support testing, and optimize SAP IBP solutions for efficiency. The position sits at the intersection of business processes and technology, shaping how Mohawk leverages integrated planning to sustain performance. You will work across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, standardized SAP solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Perform gap analyses for medium to complex SAP IBP projects and translate requirements into functional designs for configuration and enhancements * Configure and customize SAP IBP modules to meet business needs * Lead User Acceptance Testing with business users * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather SAP requirements and drive remediation of issues * Implement and optimize SAP IBP solutions to enhance efficiency and functionality * Adhere to Mohawk SAP global solution template, standards, and best practices * Support SAP IBP Demand Planning and Supply/Response configurations * Coordinate with project managers and vendor teams to resolve issues and document lessons learned * Provide setup and support for SAP IBP components like History cleansing, forecasting, NPI, promotions, budgeting, RTI, deployment, and scheduling * Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional evaluations of technical and process enhancements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field * 4-6 years of progressive AP analysis experience with lifecycle activities in SAP IBP design, configuration, integration, and implementation Key requirements *
