Experteer Overview In this role you will be a senior IAM specialist supporting enterprise-wide identities and access controls. You’ll lead complex identity governance, provisioning, and zero-trust initiatives, collaborating with IT, HR, and business units. You’ll ensure compliant, auditable access management and provide L2 IAM support, while operating in a remote, high-autonomy environment. The role emphasizes integrity, professional conduct, and service to the community. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as L2 escalation point for IAM issues and guidance to junior staff * Implement access controls and provisioning aligned with governance structures * Evaluate and implement access models with security leadership * Investigate improper access, revoke access, monitor violations, and improve access principles * Lead identity-related projects including system integrations, RBAC/ABAC design, and automation * Design and maintain access certification campaigns and joiner/mover/leaver workflows * Collaborate with IT, HR, and application owners on IAM policies and provisioning logic * Refine roles and entitlements to improve security and simplify requests * Represent IAM in cross-functional meetings and communicate with leadership * Conduct regular audits, reconcile entitlements, and document processes * Identify automation opportunities and track KPIs and SLAs * Support incident investigations involving identity misuse or inappropriate access * Escalate issues as required * Provide after-hours on-call rotation participation * Possibly mentor or guide junior analysts * Maintain high responsiveness in remote work environments * Join ad hoc meetings and be available for onsite work as needed Tasks * Identity and Access Management - 3-5 years * Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell, Bash) preferred * Experience with IAM technologies (IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO) and lifecycle processes * Extensive experience with Active Directory and Azure AD * Knowledge of RBAC design and role engineering * Familiarity with regulatory requirements (HIPAA, PCI) desired * Strong communication and documentation skills * Ability to work in fast-paced, remote environment with autonomy * ServiceNow ticketing system experience preferred Key requirements *
