Platform Implementation Specialist - Associate

Experteer Overview In this role you support senior leaders to manage platform integrations for new and existing enterprise clients and ensure a seamless platform experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into platform configurations, oversee project plans, and drive improvements that maximize platform usage. You’ll partner with product, operations, and relationship teams to roll out new features and resolve platform issues, shaping how clients realize value from the iCapital platform. Compensation / Benefits * Support end-to-end wealth manager and asset management integrations including project management, discovery, operating model design, data integrations, setup, testing and rollout * Lead project management tasks: develop detailed plans, manage risks, drive accountability across stakeholders * Translate client requirements into white-label setup and platform configurations * Support ongoing platform experience for strategic clients to maximize platform consumption * Develop deep understanding of client business and map it to the iCapital platform * Collaborate with Product Managers to identify gaps, vet solutions, and roll out features * Drive operational efficiencies and platform enhancements proactively * Troubleshoot platform issues with Operations and Product Management teams * Document and update procedures, create playbooks and client collateral * Partner with Product Managers, Relationship Managers and Operations to deliver for clients Tasks * 2-5+ years in project management, client software implementations, operations or relationship management in financial services/fintech * Proven track record coordinating cross-functional project teams from inception to execution * Familiar with software-based financial solutions (transaction systems, online forms, trading software) * Excellent writing skills for detailed project docs, business requirements, and specifications * Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analytics * Strong attention to detail * Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to influence across stakeholders * Experience in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment * Knowledge of wealth management and private bank processes is a plus * Experience managing data integrations is a plus Key requirements * base salary 90,000-110,000 * equity for all full-time employees * annual performance bonus * comprehensive benefits package * employer matched retirement plan * healthcare plus dental, vision, telemedicine, mental health counseling
