Experteer Overview In this role you lead end-to-end system development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define architecture and requirements. You design, implement, and maintain robust software and system components that operate in complex, distributed environments and integrate with hardware. You drive thorough testing and verification to ensure reliability, scalability, and regulatory compliance, shaping how defense systems are designed and deployed. You work closely with hardware, product, and engineering teams to align software practices with quality standards, contributing to a mission-driven, security-minded organization.
