If you would like to join the team as a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing predictive analytics and machine learning capabilities that directly support system readiness and sustainment operations. * Mining large data sets from enterprise systems and deployed platforms to uncover insights and operational trends.
• Building models that help anticipate maintenance needs, improve supportability, and enhance decision-making.
• Collaborating with Data Engineers and Product teams to transform raw data into meaningful business outcomes.
• Helping shape future AI-enabled capabilities and advanced analytics features

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics
• Strong Python and SQL experience
• Experience developing machine learning and predictive analytics models
• Experience performing statistical analysis and data modeling
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms
• Ability to communicate analytical findings to technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with Snowflake and Databricks
• Experience building AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Experience supporting operational, logistics, sustainment, or readiness analytics
• Experience leveraging LLMs, Generative AI, or AI-driven analytics capabilities
• Experience supporting DoD, aerospace, or sustainment environments
