Senior AI Automation Engineer - Mainframe Infrastructure (z/OS) III

• Lead the design and development of AI-driven automation frameworks for z/OS patching.
• Build and deploy agent-based workflows to orchestrate vulnerability remediation at scale.

Our client, a leader in enterprise infrastructure and security solutions, is seeking a Senior AI Automation Engineer - Mainframe Infrastructure (z/OS) III to join their dynamic team. As a Senior AI Automation Engineer - Mainframe Infrastructure (z/OS) III, you will be an integral part of the mainframe modernization initiatives supporting innovative security and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization., * Hands-on experience developing AI/agent-based automation frameworks and agents in enterprise environments.

• Strong Python programming skills with a focus on enterprise applications.
• Experience operating within large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments, particularly mainframe systems.
• Knowledge of z/OSMF, z/OS Connect APIs, and mainframe vulnerability patching tools.
• 10+ years of experience in mainframe infrastructure engineering, including z/OS, IMS, CICS, and DB2 installation and testing.
