- Complex Data Processing: Manage complex data processing tasks and develop procedures and systems for process improvement.
- Integration Management: Oversee intricate EDI integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between internal and external systems.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including EDI file specifications, data flow diagrams, mapping documents, and standard operating procedures, to support troubleshooting and future enhancements.
- Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate closely with EDI vendors to implement patches and updates, ensuring systems remain current and secure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for EDI integrations.
- Technical Analytics: Provide detailed technical analytics for complex automated processes.
