Senior .Net Software Engineer

Design, build, and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable full-stack software solutions using C#, .NET, React, and SQL.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on time and within project scope.
• Participate in technical solutioning, architectural discussions, project planning, task estimation, and feature delivery.
• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues under a you build it, you run it model.
• Contribute to improving team practices, application stability, supportability, and delivery processes.
• Work onsite 5 days per week in Dallas, TX (no remote option).
• Engage in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement for production systems.
• Utilize middleware, API, and service-based integration, including experience with messaging/event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS).
• Build and support cloud-based services, lambdas, and integration layers.
• Follow best practices in secure coding, software development lifecycle, code quality, TDD, and CI/CD.

Apply strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and ownership skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Required: 6+ years full-stack engineering experience; strong with C#/.NET, React, SQL, cloud technologies.
• Must have a LinkedIn profile and be able to attend onsite interviews.
