- Define end-to-end integration architecture for D365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance & Operations) and Power Platform.
- Establish integration reference architectures, patterns, and design standards.
- Drive architecture decisions for: Real-time integrations, Near real-time integrations, Batch integrations
Requirements
- 10 plus years experience
- Dynamics 365 CE & Finance & Operations integration
- Dataverse (Dual-write, Virtual Tables)
- Data APIs, Webhooks, Business Events
- Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)
- Azure API Management (API-led integrations, security, throttling, monitoring)
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI integration)
- End-to-end integration architecture (real-time, near real-time, batch)
- Authentication & security (Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, Managed Identity, Service Principals)
- Must Have Certifications: PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), D365 Solution Architect (CE or F&O)
Preferred Skills:
- Banking / Insurance / Healthcare industry preferred
- Experience integrating D365 with: SAP, Salesforce, HR systems, Finance systems, Data platforms
