As an IT Project Manager at our San Diego office, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple complex IT projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in driving digital transformation initiatives and implementing new technologies., * Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
• Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new technologies
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards

• Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Proven track record of delivering multiple complex IT projects successfully
• Strong technical background with hands-on understanding of software development, cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, databases, and system integrations
• Experience managing projects involving application development, cloud migration, ERP implementations, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor engagements

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP, Prince2)
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of change management principles and practices
