Experteer Overview As a strategic technical leader, you bridge the APEX platform team with senior stakeholders to drive enterprise adoption of agentic AI workflows. You guide design, deployment, and scaling of AI-native solutions across engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and operations. You shape product direction, deliver high-impact demonstrations, and mentor teams while advancing X-energy’s AI-first mission. You enable cross-functional alignment and foster scalable enablement across the organization. Compensation / Benefits * Lead organization-wide training strategies for APEX and agentic AI workflows * Conduct advanced training sessions for executives, engineers, and leaders * Establish scalable operating model for office hours and advisory services * Deliver high-visibility demos, roadshows, and feature highlighting * Provide editorial/technical oversight for APEX content produced by juniors * Partner to define long-term curriculum, certification, and learning standards * Plan and run APEX workshops, summits, and external events * Oversee intake and prioritization of stakeholder feedback into product planning * Govern the APEX roadmap voting system to align with strategy * Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues * Identify adoption gaps and develop scale-enabled enablement plans * Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders across functions * Act as senior voice of the customer guiding product direction * Architect and implement advanced agentic AI workflows for multi-department challenges * Lead front-end development with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vite * Architect backend services with AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB) for AI apps * Drive proofs-of-concept and prototypes; mentor on prototyping * Influence feature prioritization and platform roadmap with leadership * Lead UAT cycles and readiness for deployment in high-stakes workflows * Establish feedback loops between users, engineering, and product * Guide integration architecture linking APEX to Workday, Deltek, P6 * Provide senior input during code reviews; promote best practices * Leverage AI-assisted development tools and train others to use them * Document and standardize complex patterns, integrations, architectures Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 15+ years of relevant experience * Advanced expertise in agentic AI workflows, LLM applications, enterprise AI * Proven experience with React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript frameworks * Strong AWS proficiency and cloud-native architectures * Deep experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, modern engineering workflows * Experience in nuclear energy, advanced manufacturing, or regulated fields * Background in technical training, developer advocacy, or enterprise enablement * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock or similar AI frameworks * Familiarity with Docker and Terraform * Experience building internal platforms/tools for engineering * Knowledge of ERP, PLM, and system integrations * Background in product management, UX research, or platform strategy Key requirements * 401K plan with employer match * Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance * Life and Disability Insurance * Paid Time Off * Tuition Reimbursement/Professional Development
