Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Workday security engagements, evaluating and implementing security controls to protect client environments. You will work with cross-functional teams within KPMG’s Advisory Technology Organization to identify improvements and guide client discussions. You will supervise and coach junior staff, ensuring quality delivery and knowledge growth in Workday security. This position offers exposure to diverse clients and a high-impact security practice within a collaborative culture. Compensation / Benefits * Plan and execute client engagements focusing on Workday security implementation and assessment of Workday environments * Evaluate the design and effectiveness of Workday configurable controls * Identify opportunities for improvement in Workday security and controls with clients * Supervise Associates on engagements * Lead meetings with clients related to Workday security and controls * Coach and train team members to grow the Workday knowledgebase * Uphold integrity and a respectful work environment Tasks * Minimum two years of Workday implementation experience in Financials or Human Capital Management, including hands-on Workday work * Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field * Certifications in Workday Financials or Human Capital Management * Project or team lead experience in a consulting setting is preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills * Desire to deepen expertise in Workday security and controls * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Ability to travel 80% * Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package * medical and dental plans * vision coverage * disability and life insurance * 401(k) plans * personal well-being benefits
