Software Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and deploy scalable host servers and secure cloud services that power the Hybrid Cloud Console and partner integrations. You will lead end-to-end development of new user-facing features for global SaaS offerings, working within an agile lifecycle. You will integrate AI-driven workflows, ensure secure, high-performance platform interfaces, and establish a unified control plane across products. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a collaborative, open-source-inspired culture. Compensation / Benefits * Design and deploy standardized host servers as a secure bridge between local data tools and AI clients * Integrate intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows to enhance user experience and automate data analysis * Build and secure cloud services using containerization and modern deployment technologies within IAM frameworks * Conduct high-level code reviews to ensure stability, security, and alignment with engineering standards * Establish a common integration fabric for plugging disparate products into a unified control plane * Implement complex, responsive UI features for SaaS offerings with modern design patterns and scalable interfaces Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field * two years of experience writing production-level code and developing full-stack web applications * two years of experience with SQL databases, Python web frameworks (Django or Flask), REST APIs, front-end frameworks, unit testing, Jira or Github Issues, and TDD * one year of experience with JavaScript or Python, Git/GitHub, OpenShift, Docker or Podman, AI-enabled applications, debugging with Kibana, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, and database migrations Key requirements * bonus, commission and/or equity * remote-friendly work arrangement * open, inclusive culture * flexible work environments * competitive compensation
