Integration Architect

Experteer Overview As Integration Architect you will shape and deliver integration solutions within Mohawk’s Global IT COE, guiding cross-functional teams through complex system interfaces and architecture decisions. You will drive long-term integration strategy, promote reusable patterns, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions across SAP and cloud platforms. You’ll lead initiatives that enable business objectives through API-led and event-driven integrations while collaborating with sponsors and IT colleagues. This role offers a strategic impact on enterprise architecture and modernization efforts. Compensation / Benefits * Manage large cross-functional projects or processes * Define long-term application architecture and strategy with Global IT COE and project sponsors * Provide leadership to enable reusable, cross-site code and influence policies and practices * Analyze integrations and how applications serve business goals; advise on implications * Document and maintain best practices, standards, and lessons learned * Drive innovative approaches and assess alternative technologies or partnerships * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate solutions to complex problems * Support project priorities and perform other duties as needed Tasks * 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience * 6+ years hands-on experience with enterprise integration technologies (SAP PO/PI, SAP CPI, BizTalk, Azure Integration Services, API Management platforms: Azure APIM, Apigee, Sentinet) with exposure to SLT and SSIS * Strong expertise in integration patterns and protocols (IDocs, RFCs, SOAP, REST, OData, JMS); knowledge of API-led and event-driven architectures * Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP and SaaS platforms; exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines; secure cloud/DMZ integration architectures * Ownership of enterprise integration architecture spanning SAP and cloud platforms * Ability to define integration patterns (synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, batch, APIs) and establish middleware standards * Experience designing complex integrations across S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, MDG, CRM, legacy and SaaS systems Key requirements *
