Job description

We’re seeking an API Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina requiring 3-days onsite., * Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

Build responsive, user-friendly front-end applications while enhancing backend microservices and application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in application design, code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies to support successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot production issues, implement performance improvements, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and overall application reliability and security.

Requirements

Strong experience developing Java applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 to build modern, responsive user interfaces.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, along with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jira.
Ability to thrive in an Agile environment with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills while delivering clean, maintainable code.
