Job description
- As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of the IT project lifecycle. You are comfortable in leading communication with internal and external clients, defining the structure and development of projects and plans of approach (scenarios, timings, budget, …) and are familiar with the project methodologies that you use assiduously.
- You will manage and monitor the implementation of projects (establishment and calculation of the detailed schedule, regular monitoring of deadlines, budget, scope and quality, reporting of the progress of the project and problems encountered (communication between the parties involved in the project,).
- You will stimulate, coordinate, motivate and support the cooperators involved in the project. Your excellent communication and writing skills as well as your negotiation skills and coaching skills are your main assets. Methodical and organized, you are able to determine priorities and coordinate the different parties involved in a project.
- You are proficient in Jira and Confluence tools as well as Itil and Prince2.
You have the experience to manage technical projects in one of the following 3 areas:
- Containerization of API gateway (Axway) and Adabas databases
- Technological evolution of legacy systems
- Tracking Java application versioning
- Implementation of cybersecurity, NIS2 and compliance projects (infrastructure part in support of the NIS2 Program Manager)
- Implementation of Google public cloud projects in support of the Program Manager
- Setting up an IAM & secret management service
- Setting up a Vault service
- Monitoring Other Infrastructure Projects
- Academic or equivalent through experience, you have relevant professional experience in managing and monitoring large-scale technical projects, ideally in a Gcloud environment for social security or healthcare or with equivalent experience in a public service environment.
- Your CV will present a concise summary of the principles and best practices that contribute to the success of a technical project management methodology.
