All The Hires in Barcelona, Spain seeks a seasoned Lead Data Scientist to guide a data science team focused on ad-tech and revenue optimization. You will set technical direction and oversee ML model development, data pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration to align analytics with business goals.

Requirements

Seeking 5+ years in data science, 2+ years in AdTech, and 2+ years leading teams. Proficiency in Python/SQL, PySpark, Pandas, PyTorch, and AWS is required. Relocation to Barcelona is provided.
