Experteer Overview Si cree que es el candidato ideal para la siguiente oportunidad, envíe su solicitud después de leer la descripción completa.In this role you will support Roche’s global diagnostic services by leading training and technical support during pilot launches and post-launch operations.You will transfer knowledge to Core Lab colleagues and mentor future specialists within a global training and support structure.You’ll work with international teams to shape the future of our portfolio, often onsite with customers, ensuring smooth deployments and ongoing product care.Your work enables customers to efficiently operate new instruments and software while advancing Roche’s mission to improve healthcare access.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Design and deliver training from concept to implementation for multiple target groups* Provide ongoing technical support after product launch* Input requirements and concepts for future portfolio development and pilots (ultra CU focus)* Mentor and transfer knowledge to Core Lab colleagues and international staff* Occasionally work onsite with customers to support deployments and training* Collaborate with internal and external suppliers on development projects* Support global training and customer service teams across Roche Diagnostics SolutionsResponsabilidades* Experience in training and supporting affiliates and/or customers* Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences* Experience in complex and dynamic project settings* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach* Strong affinity to Cloud/Edge software* Experience xqbhyrx with Roche middleware solutions and automation systems* Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network connectivity in lab environments (cloud/internet, hospital networks, lab networks) and related components* Experience with Navify Integrator platform and/or Navify Lab Operations* Experience supporting development projects* Lab background or customer-facing experience is a plus* Willingness to travel up to 20%* Fluent English; intercultural collaboration skillsRequisitos principales*
