Product Owner - Digital Solutions

Experteer Overview In this role you drive the delivery of cloud-based digital applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.You work closely with the Product Manager, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable work and maintain a secure, compliant product backlog.You contribute to solution design, architecture, and release planning while promoting cross-functional collaboration.The position offers hybrid options in Alcobendas (Spain) or Naas (Ireland) and focuses on shaping scalable digital solutions within a transformation context.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Collaborate with the Product Manager to align implementation with the product roadmap - Translate requirements and user stories into epics, features, and tasks - Create mockups and collaborate with UX experts on design - Define acceptance criteria and review/accept deliverables - Maintain solution architecture and technical design documents - Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on value and dependencies - Coordinate software updates, releases, and upgrades - Ensure developments comply with Secure Product Development procedures and D2S processes - Maintain project documentation (sprint plans, backlogs, meeting minutes, release notes) - Proactively manage risks and escalate as needed - Develop and deliver monthly performance reports on status, progress, and KPIsResponsabilidades - Master’s Degree in Engineering - Agile Certifications (Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.) - 5+ years in Product Ownership/Management or Digital Transformation - Experience delivering cloud-based software on Microsoft Azure - English B2/C1; French/German/Portuguese valued - Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CAF, data modelling, APIs, UX and digital product design, IEC ***** awarenessRequisitos principales - private health insurance plan - employee assistance program - flexible working hours and hybrid model - 23 days of vacation per year - collaborative work environment - career development opportunities
