About The RoleWe are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to join our UK&I Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing Paid Social marketing campaigns across multiple brands and play an important role in executing new campaigns and the wider strategy to grow the channel within our local structure for the UK & Ireland. You will report directly to the Paid Social & Programmatic Lead while working closely with other stakeholders in the UK&I Media team and the wider cluster, including Marketing, Brand, Creative, AdTech teams and more. To succeed, you need to be self-driven, self-motivated and ready to work hands-on across multiple accounts. You will actively manage and optimise campaigns, working closely with the team to expand your digital marketing experience. The ideal candidate is a positive, adaptable team player with a problem-solving attitude and good communication and presentation skills.ResponsibilitiesExecuting and managing a wide range of Paid Social campaigns hands-on across multiple platforms (Meta, Snapchat, X, TikTok, Reddit and similar), for all verticals (casino, live casino, sports betting) and several brands.Working closely with the team to analyse metrics from internal tools and platforms to track campaign performance and continuously optimise accounts.Implementing new channel solutions and running regular A/B tests across our activity, aligned with overall goals and KPIs.Building active collaboration with key partners across external digital platform teams and tech vendors.Navigating complex tracking and attribution systems with the Media team and AdTech teams to maximise measurement capabilities and expand incrementality testing.Collaborating with Brand and Creative teams to ensure messaging and creatives are aligned across the funnel and utilise channel best practices.Activating CRM data within our platforms to execute highly targeted segmentation strategies and drive lookalike modelling.Staying ahead of platform updates, new ad formats, and emerging media opportunities.Working closely with Central Marketing teams to ensure alignment, consistency and best-practice sharing across markets.Ensuring full compliance with regional advertising regulations and other compliance standards.Qualifications1-2 years of experience in Paid Social or a wider digital marketing role (client side or agency; gaming industry experience a plus).Hands-on experience with popular social media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, X, TikTok and/or Reddit).Basic knowledge of Paid Social best practices - technical perspective, performance delivery, creative guidelines and tools.Strong analytical mindset, confident in spotting growth opportunities; professional experience with analytics tools (Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics, Appsflyer or similar) a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent English is essential, written and spoken.BenefitsHybrid working - 3 days per week at the office, with flexibility for 2 days at home.Workation - take your job on an adventure with our Workation benefit for up to 4 weeks per year (T&Cs apply).28 days of paid leave plus all public and bank holidays in England.We match pension contributions up to 6%.Comprehensive healthcare - BUPA coverage, including pre-existing conditions, plus a cashback plan for dental, optical and other treatments.Wellbeing allowance - £250 annual allowance for you to invest in your health and wellbeing (T&Cs apply).Great workplace experience - talented colleagues, free onsite parking, complimentary snacks and drinks, Monday breakfasts, and Friday lunches.Social culture - regular opportunities to attend sporting events and a quarterly team budget for fun.Support for growing families - up to 6 months of full pay for maternity leave.Cycle-to-work scheme and gym discounts.As our company working language is English, we’d like to see your CV in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
