IT Support Specialist - Cambridge/Hybrid

• Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line technical support to business customers as part of a growing helpdesk team
• Troubleshooting issues at a client and server level, including escalated and complex technical issues
• Microsoft 365 administration including Azure AD, SharePoint, Exchange, and InTune
• Other ad hoc duties as required, including some assistance with projects
• Hybrid working - the role will primarily be remote-based, with some requirement to work from the Cambridge office
• Candidates based in the East of England may also be involved in occasional onsite client project work, where there’s a desire to do so; candidates based further afield will be focused on a purely remote support role
