Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer at Payward Services, you design and scale Rust-based services that power trading, payments, and crypto experiences with reliability and performance. You contribute to a large, distributed infrastructure that supports fintech partners, while maintaining security and safety. You work with a team of Rust engineers to deliver low-latency, revenue-critical systems and take end-to-end ownership of platforms. This role offers the chance to shape core infrastructure in a fast-growing, product-driven culture. Pay / Benefits * Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries powering trading, payments, and crypto experiences with focus on reliability and performance * Write reusable, testable, and efficient code for revenue-critical systems while maintaining safety and security * Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture to translate product requirements into resilient solutions * Work with hundreds of Rust engineers contributing to a high-performance, product-driven engineering culture * Take end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries * Mentor other engineers and contribute to defining technical culture Tasks * 5+ years of software engineering experience * Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous Rust * Security-first mindset in system design * Ability to autonomously debug issues across OS, network, and application layers * Solid understanding of distributed systems including RPC protocols, Kafka, and event-driven architectures * Collaborate effectively with product teams to gather requirements and constraints * End-to-end ownership of systems and libraries * Provide mentorship to other engineers and contribute to technical culture Key requirements *
