From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.Ability to collaborate in diverse and disparate teams through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture

colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assetsWe are looking for experience in the following skills:Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platformsAbility to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactionsThrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalentFluency in EnglishArtificial Intelligence and the future of Workday delivery:Use Accenture’s GenAI-enabled accelerators to work smarter across configuration, testing and documentationGet hands-on with Workday’s built-in AI and machine-learning features that support HCM processesBring AI-driven ideas to your project teams and clientsGrow your skills as part of a practice that is investing heavily in AISet yourself apart:Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security frameworkUp to date Workday HCM certificationOther Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance a.o.Intermediate professional Workday experienceUp to date Workday certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
