Senior Solutions Architect - DCX

Experteer Overview As Solution Architect, you will shape architecture and technology roadmaps for high-volume, mission-critical applications within the DCX-focused Digital Customer Experience domain. You will translate business needs into pragmatic, fit-for-purpose designs while aligning with standards and governance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across multi-cloud environments, partnering with product and delivery leads to drive tangible customer outcomes. You join a collaborative team aimed at delivering world-class digital experiences for Very’s customers. Pay / Benefits * Define and guide technology delivery policies and standards * Design solutions aligned to business and technology strategies * Contribute to architecture roadmaps for complex applications * Lead governance, risk, and dependency management across teams * Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery and Tech Leads to shape technology roadmap * Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels * Promote architectural vision inside and beyond the architecture team * Support digital foundation services, content operations and AdTech within Digital Customer Platforms Tasks * Experience delivering large technology change programmes with multiple stakeholders * Proven delivery in iterative and continuous delivery environments * Ability to operate in complex stakeholder and technology environments * Extensive experience in building, integrating, and managing complex software architectures across multi-cloud * Expert knowledge of security, reliability, scalability, high availability and concurrency patterns * Expert in full technology stack design across on-prem, public and hybrid cloud * Expert in building and migrating service/component-based architectures across modern and legacy platforms * Practical experience delivering change in lean/Agile/DevSecOps contexts * Strong stakeholder management and third-party collaboration skills * Computer Science degree or relevant experience (preferable) * Knowledge/experience of Digital Customer Experience domain * Knowledge/experience of MACH architecture, DXP platforms, API design * Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS * Experience with Commerce, CMS, and Search/Discovery SaaS platforms like Commercetools, Constructor, Amplience or equivalents Key requirements * Flexible, hybrid working model * Inclusive culture and environment * 6500 flexible benefits allowance * 30 days holiday + bank holidays * Udemy learning access * Up to 25% discount on Very.co.uk’,’Matched pension up to 6%
