Head of Infrastructure

Experteer Overview In this role, you will establish and coordinate infrastructure standards, operating model, governance and cross-cutting platform capabilities for DTS products. You will enable federated teams to operate autonomously while adhering to common standards for reliability, security and cost visibility. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to translate architecture and security principles into practical standards. This is a strategic role at scale, shaping how DTS platforms run securely and efficiently across the organization. You will be central to driving consistent delivery and enabling platform autonomy with governance. Pay / Benefits * Define and maintain common infrastructure standards, principles and operating expectations for DTS platforms * Establish a federated infrastructure governance model balancing central standards with product-team autonomy * Align infrastructure decisions with DTS leadership, architecture, security and commercial priorities * Create and manage deployment governance and production change visibility across DTS * Define observability, monitoring, logging and telemetry standards across platforms * Ensure reliability, resilience and operational readiness with appropriate runbooks and incident processes * Collaborate with Security, Compliance and TechOps to ensure security controls and delivery practicality * Oversee cost visibility and capacity planning, reporting by product/platform/client * Coordinate common tooling and shared platform capabilities to enable autonomy with visibility * Maintain clear ownership, accountability and risk visibility across teams Tasks * Extensive experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, DevOps or cloud operations leadership * Strong understanding of cloud platforms, observability, governance, reliability and operational resilience * Experience in federated or matrixed organizations and defining non-centralized standards * Proficiency in CI/CD, deployment governance, incident management and monitoring * Knowledge of infrastructure security, access control, network exposure and risk * Ability to influence senior technical leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority * Solid stakeholder management across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Product, TechOps and Enterprise Technology * Clear communication and practical standard creation to enable adoption Key requirements * hybrid/office work model * career growth opportunities * scale and opportunity * challenging and stimulating work
