Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and improve regulatory data systems to ensure accurate compliance data across products. You will connect with IT and business teams to resolve data issues and optimise WERCS Studio usage. You will apply chemical know-how to validate regulatory data and support data governance. You will help align data requirements with regulatory needs across markets, driving reliable decision-making and process improvements. This is a chance to impact sustainability initiatives by strengthening regulatory data foundations. Pay / Benefits * Operate and continuously improve Product Stewardship systems (WERCS Studio) for regulatory data management * Investigate and resolve data integrity and flow issues across source systems and integrations * Apply chemical understanding to validate regulatory, hazard, and product data * Collaborate with master data owners to ensure accurate, complete data across systems * Interface with JMIT and IT teams to support system integration and issue resolution * Engage with WERCS vendor (UL) or others to drive issue investigation and best practices adoption * Build and maintain understanding of regulatory needs and translate into data requirements Tasks * Strong analytical skills to interpret and present complex information * Strong IT and data management skills (database handling, system configuration, data analysis) * Scientific degree or equivalent (chemistry, biochemical sciences, environmental sciences) * Strong verbal and written communication to engage stakeholders and explain regulatory requirements * Ability to prioritise workload and meet service delivery expectations Key requirements * Competitive retirement savings * Company matched Share Incentive Plan * Life Assurance and Income Protection * Medical plans/health assessments * Wellbeing discounts * Competitive annual incentive plan
