What You’ll Be DoingTaking a leading role in delivering cyber security solutions across OT and industrial environmentsShaping secure architectures and embedding security into operational systems and processesConducting risk assessments, threat analysis, and security reviews within critical environmentsAdvising clients on compliance with key cyber security standards and regulatory expectationsSupporting assurance and accreditation activities in sensitive programmesEngaging directly with stakeholders to provide clear, pragmatic security guidanceDriving best practice across OT security strategy, governance, and implementationContributing to wider business initiatives including client growth and solution development

What We’re Looking ForStrong background in Operational Technology / Industrial Cyber SecurityExperience operating at a senior or principal consultant level, leading complex engagementsIn-depth understanding of industrial control systems, SCADA, and OT networksPractical experience performing risk assessments across IT/OT environmentsFamiliarity with industry standards and frameworks such as:IEC 62443NCSC CAFNIST CSFISO 27001Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and OT networking conceptsAbility to balance security with safety and operational continuityExcellent communication skills with a strong client-facing approach Nice to HaveRecognised security certifications (e.g. CISSP, GICSP)Previous experience in defence, national infrastructure, or highly regulated sectors Key DetailsSalary £100,000Contract: Initial term with potential extensionOn-site presence required 2-3 days, twice per month
