Lead SAP PSM Consultant / Manager

A large consulting company in Germany is seeking an experienced SAP Public Sector Management professional at Lead Consultant or Manager level.

This senior, hands-on position combines SAP PSM customising, workstream leadership and trusted client advisory across complex public-sector transformations.

What you will do

Lead SAP PSM workstreams across implementation, optimisation and transformation programmes.

️ Translate finance and budget-management requirements into effective solutions, including hands-on configuration and customising.

️ Deliver PSM-FM, BCS or PSM-GM solutions and manage integration with relevant SAP Finance, Controlling and Procurement processes.

Support the complete lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, migration, cutover, training, go-live and stabilisation.

Facilitate workshops, advise stakeholders, coordinate consultants and own scope, quality, risks and delivery progress., If you combine SAP PSM customizing expertise with senior client-facing delivery, we would be pleased to speak with you confidentially.

At least five years of SAP PSM experience with strong configuration and customising capability.

️ Proven expertise in PSM-FM, BCS or PSM-GM; broader knowledge is advantageous.

Strong public-sector budgeting, funds-control, financial-management or grants-management knowledge.

The ability to lead workstreams, mentor colleagues and build trusted client relationships.

Native or near-native German is strongly preferred, with business-fluent English. You should be based in Germany and available for client-site collaboration when required.

Desirable experience

SAP S/4HANA transformation, German public-sector delivery, Lead or Principal Consultant responsibility, and exposure to proposals or practice development.
