The role

• Lead SAP FI/CO consulting teams across multiple customer engagements
• Manage delivery quality, resource planning and customer satisfaction
• Develop and mentor consultants at all levels
• Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders
• Support capability growth and practice development

• 8+ years SAP FI/CO consulting experience
• Proven experience leading SAP consulting teams
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery background
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
• German language skills at C1 level
