What you’ll be doing:

  • Product Design Research & Strategy: You will apply human-centered design techniques to craft core experiences, design interactive features, and create platform-specific wireframes that address user pain points. By leading qualitative and quantitative research, you will guide product direction and strategy. You will collaborate with other stakeholders to prototype, validate, and implement impactful solutions aligned with user and business goals.
  • Experience Identity: You will co-facilitate the development of brand strategies with Marketing, defining purpose, vision, and positioning. You will create a design system to ensure consistency and accessibility, helping designers and engineers maintain a shared language. Additionally, you will develop a cohesive visual language to enhance both usability and aesthetic appeal.
  • Experience Build: You will create visually appealing, user-friendly designs by applying design principles to establish clear structures and interactions. You will develop wireframes, journey maps, and content strategies as well as create prototypes, write user-centered content, and ensure accessibility while documenting design decisions and collaborating to deliver effective product solutions.
  • Design Management: You will manage the design process to ensure high-quality, timely outcomes while optimizing workflows and improving efficiency. You will collaborate across workstreams, provide direction, and guide stakeholders on human-centered design principles, ensuring ethical and inclusive practices., You will enjoy flexible working hours, training opportunities, and home-office possibilities. However, we think these are the most interesting advantages of working as a Strategic Designer:
  • High Impact - You’ll take on big responsibilities with the freedom to drive meaningful change, enjoying high visibility and being an essential part of the growth story.
  • Hands-On - You’ll work closely with diverse stakeholders, staying deeply involved in all aspects of the product’s development and ensuring a collaborative approach to its success.
  • Dynamic Growth - Be part of a fast-evolving environment where your contributions directly shape the company’s direction and future.

We may request a criminal background check and/or a debt registry report in individual cases during the selection process.

Requirements

Do you thrive on crafting intuitive user experiences while blending research, design, and strategy? Are you a T-shaped thinker with the ability to translate user insights into innovative, actionable designs? If this sounds like you, here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, particularly for enterprise tools, digital platforms, or multi-channel services, with a strong focus on user research, journey mapping, and concept development for both B2B and B2C products.
  • Expertise in user research methodologies (e.g., usability testing, A/B testing, ethnographic research) and familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Lookback, and Qualtrics. Experience with market research platforms like Gartner and Forrester is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and collaboration platforms such as Miro and MURAL.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and wireframing is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
