PermanentWe’re supporting a specialist technology consultancy that delivers CRM and membership system solutions to membership organisations, professional bodies and not-for-profit clients.Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a consultant who can work directly with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions, deliver training and support successful project delivery.This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of consulting, system configuration and stakeholder engagement.ResponsibilitiesGather and document client requirementsFacilitate workshops and client meetingsConfigure and implement CRM and membership solutionsTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsDeliver user training and knowledge transfer sessionsSupport testing, deployment and go-live activitiesProvide ongoing client support and system enhancementsWork across multiple projects simultaneouslyIdeal ExperienceCRM
