Job description

We have a portfolio of blue chip clients and the current opportunity we have available is working on one of our most prestigious customers, working in a dynamic team, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of corporate virtual webcasts, webinars and live-streamed events delivered through enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams Town Hall, Teams Meetings and other approved streaming technologies. The successful candidate will act as a streaming technician and webcast producer, managing virtual event workflows, supporting remote presenters, monitoring live broadcasts and helping to ensure a seamless experience for colleagues and audiences across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital event production, enterprise communications and live streaming technologies within a global financial institution. This is not a traditional production or camera operator role. The focus is on virtual corporate events, remote audio/video feeds, presenter support, live platform operation, event monitoring and technical issue management., Streaming Operations & Technical Support

Configure and manage webcast settings including permissions, attendee access and production controls Monitor audio, video and network quality during live broadcasts Perform technical checks prior to events to identify and mitigate risks Troubleshoot common presenter and attendee issues in real time Support platform upgrades, testing activities and operational improvements

Webcast Production & Event Delivery

Support the end-to-end delivery of virtual webcasts and webinars Assist with event setup, scheduling and configuration across approved various platforms Coordinate presenter testing sessions and technical rehearsals Support presenters, moderators and stakeholders before and during live events Monitor webcast quality and audience experience throughout live broadcasts Support event-day production activities for internal and external-facing communications

Stakeholder Support - Key Ask Act as a key point of contact for presenters, moderators and stakeholders Set clear expectations with clients on timings, technical requirements, rehearsal needs, platform capabilities and any event-day limitations or risks Build positive working relationships with Communications teams, business stakeholders, Technology partners and other support teams to ensure joined-up event delivery Administration, Coordination & Operational Control

Maintain accurate event schedules, booking records and production trackers to support clear visibility of upcoming demand, resource requirements and event status Update event requests, run sheets, contact lists, technical notes and shared team documentation promptly, ensuring information is complete, consistent and easy for others to follow Coordinate calendars for rehearsals, presenter checks, live event delivery and post-event follow-ups, helping to ensure the right people, information and preparation are in place ahead of each event Contribute to a disciplined operational approach by identifying gaps in processes, suggesting improvements and helping to keep team workflows organised, reliable and auditable

Requirements

Strong interest in digital media, streaming and production platforms Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills Calm, professional and confident when troubleshooting live issues Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage changing priorities Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, collaboration tools and Microsoft Office Experience with Teams Town Hall, webinars, virtual events or corporate broadcasts Awareness of streaming, AV equipment, recordings and post-event publishing workflows Experience maintaining documentation, checklists or standard operating procedures

Benefits & conditions

Salary:£40,000 - £43,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits Hours: Monday - Friday with shifts falling between 7am - 7pm Interview process:2-stage process (virtual and then in-person) Kinly is a unified global leader in collaboration, systems integration, and managed services.
