Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Fixed Network Test Lab operations and capacity planning to enable testing and deployment of network services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, resilient lab environments across Bracknell and Watford, driving efficiency and reliable delivery. You will forecast demand, track KPIs, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance to support fast-moving telecom projects. This role offers impact by shaping how tests translate into real-world connectivity for customers.
