You drive architecture strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment with business goals. You will lead adoption of agile practices in design and delivery, oversee data principles, and ensure robust information assurance and system interoperability. Pay / Benefits * Develop and evolve enterprise architecture strategy and roadmaps aligned with BP’s business goals and digital initiatives * Promote agility core practices in architectural design and delivery to speed time-to-market * Translate strategic goals into architectural requirements through business modelling * Foster creativity and innovation through exploring new technologies * Lead data analysis and design principles to ensure data integrity and security * Monitor emerging technologies and advise on strategic adoption * Embed information assurance across architectural designs * Oversee integration patterns to ensure seamless connectivity among systems * Provide leadership in IT management, strategy, and planning * Design resilient service operations and ensure business continuity * Guide solution architecture for complex business solutions * Lead systems development management and lifecycle practices * Act as a technical specialty resource for key architectural domains * Conduct user experience analysis to inform architecture decisions * Engage with stakeholders across levels to influence and collaborate Tasks * Senior Enterprise Architect experience in a large, complex organization * Proven expertise in applying agility practices within enterprise architecture * Strong business modelling capabilities * Track record of innovative, creative problem solving * Advanced data analysis and data design skills * Experience with emerging technology monitoring and strategic adoption * Solid understanding of information assurance principles * Expertise in integration strategies and technologies * Proven IT management and strategy/planning leadership * Knowledge of service operations and resilience best practices * Strong solution architecture and complex system design skills * Experience with systems development management methodologies * Significant technical specialization in relevant domains * Proficiency in user experience analysis within architectural design * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) are a plus Key requirements * flexible working options * generous paid parental leave * excellent retirement benefits * reasonable accommodation for disabilities
