We are seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, modern digital solutions., As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining our web applications and technical platforms. You will work across the entire software development lifecycle, building intuitive user interfaces, developing robust server-side architecture, and optimizing data pipelines to support key business operations., * Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, or Java).

Build, maintain, and secure RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and microservices to facilitate seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end systems.
Architect, manage, and optimize database schemas and queries for both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences and technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews, implement unit and integration testing, and ensure high code quality, security, and performance standards across the stack.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously optimize user experience and platform reliability.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce standard continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer working across web technologies.
Proficient in front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, alongside modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
Hands-on experience with database design, indexing, and query optimization in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker containerization, and CI/CD tools.
Experience with Git version control systems and agile software development workflows.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
