Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Experteer Overview In this role you will architect a trust-focused product ecosystem for AI-powered clinical software. You will own end-to-end delivery across multi-platform clients and Kotlin/JVM backends, ensuring performance, privacy, and reliability. You’ll build reusable components and shared libraries to accelerate deployments for health system partners. You will mentor engineers, elevate quality, and drive platform evolution to support rapid, high-quality 24/7 care delivery. This position blends hands-on engineering with strategic architectural leadership in a mission-driven healthtech company. Tasks * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building customer-facing products. * Experience with Node/Typescript and a JVM language (Kotlin or Java) is a major plus. * Proficiency in building resilient APIs supporting critical workflows; GraphQL and Typescript experience emphasized. * Customer-focused development for Web and Mobile platforms. * Familiarity with AI-enabled development tools and rapid, reliable coding practices. * Experience with reusable frameworks, white-label solutions, or multi-tenant architectures. * Background in high-stakes domains (HealthTech, ConsumerTech, or Conversational AI). * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
